Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

We usually deliver orders within 5–7 business days across India.

Depending on your location, delivery may be completed even sooner.


Possible Delivery Delays

While we always try to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • High order volume
  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters or unexpected events

In such cases, delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email or SMS (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order.

BabyCove is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package due to the customer being unavailable or unreachable after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
