At BabyCove, your baby's safety and your satisfaction are our top priorities. We carefully inspect every order before shipping. However, if you experience any issue with your order, we're here to help.
Damaged or Defective Product (Refund)
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or broken during delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.
To process your request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- ๐น A clear unboxing video (the video must start before opening the package and continue without interruption)
- ๐ธ Clear photos of the damaged product
- ๐งพ Your order number
Please Note:
- Refund requests without a complete unboxing video cannot be approved.
- After verification, your refund will be processed within 5โ7 business days to your original payment method.
Wrong Product Received (Free Replacement)
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, we will replace it free of charge.
To request a replacement, please send us:
- ๐น Complete unboxing video
- ๐ธ Product photos
- ๐งพ Order number
Once verified, we will dispatch the correct product as quickly as possible.
Product Exchange (Customer Preference)
If you ordered the correct product but later decide you would like a different product instead, we can arrange an exchange.
In this case:
- An exchange fee of โน80 will apply to cover shipping and handling.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Return Conditions
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- The request is made more than 48 hours after delivery.
- A complete unboxing video is not provided for damage or wrong product claims.
- The issue is caused by normal wear and tear or misuse.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request an exchange as per our exchange policy.
